Xbox app doesnt recognize my games

We understand that you are trying to launch the installed games and your computer was not able to recognize them. Let us check on this together so you will get back to gaming.

To better isolate your issue, we would like to ask for few questions:

1. May we ask if you have trouble finding the hard drive or recognizing the game on the hard drive?
   
   • Please verify it by launching Xbox app.
     
   • Click the profile icon located at the top left and select settings.
     
   • Select General and look for Game Install Options sections. Check the install location of the correct drive. Next, close then relaunch app.
     
2. Are you part of Xbox Insider?
   

We found a thread that is similar to your concern: Xbox PC app suddenly won't recognize one of my hard drives - Microsoft Community. The issue was fixed by repairing the Xbox app.

Please go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Select the app you want to fix. Select the Advanced options link under the name of the Microsoft Store. On the page that opens, select Repair if it's available. If it isn't available, select Reset. There is a possibility now that you will need to reinstall the game if the issue has nothing to do with storage.

part of the drm, the folder is encrypted to that one install of windows, as you reset you have to redownload all the games

Did you find a solution to this problem? I updated my Elite series 2 yesterday, and now I have the exact same problem. Elite series 2 is recognized as a regular xbox controller and does connect via bluetooth, but doesnt work. Connected via USB-c the XBOX accessories app doesnt even recognize it...

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that didnt help.
