    Xbox App doesn't load properly


    I had downloaded and played Forza Horizon 5 back in December last year, and I have XGP, but when I tried to open Forza Horizon 5 yesterday, I was told that "the trial license for this application has expired". I tried to reinstall Horizon 5, but when I open the Xbox app, the Xbox app doesn't start properly, it closes immediately when I enter the main screen, I'm not sure why.

    Try to use VPN, connect to anywhere but your recent location, the Xbox app can load normally.

    Hi pasqualeeno, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately none of those fixed the issue, nor did anything on the page linked through by XBF Ihssane Z.

    I thought I should add that I've noticed the exact same issue has happened on my laptop as well.

    Let me know if you have any more thoughts on the matter.
