    Xbox app doesn't download games.


    Hey there,

    I'm trying to download Age of Empires IV (usting the gamepass), Pre-load Forza horizon 5 Ultimate Edition (bought) and Destiny 2 (which is Free)

    Unfortunately It's stuck on downloading 0%. It takes a SUPER long time for it to start and when it finally starts it downloads mega slowly or not even at all....

    I tried the following: - Reset Cache Windows Store & Xbox app - Reparied & Reset the applications windows store & app - Reinstalled game services - Turned game services on and off - Restart computer many many times - Eventually i was so desperate i back upped everything and started reinstalling my computer with a fresh windows 11 install.

    Even that didn't work.

    Do you guys have any tips for me.... I'm quite desperate at the moment, my friends can play everything and download anything and i wish i could play with them...

    The Xbox App doesn't show anything like that. To be able to see Game Pass Quests, Points balanace etc, you need to download the Mobile Game Pass App

    Gamepass is a joke

    Sometimes the Xbox app doesn't register that you have the subscription, try uninstalling the app, and reinstall. Also, you should be able to download the games straght from the Microsoft Store app without using the Xbox app.
