Xbox app does not work on Windows 11

The Xbox app is broken on Windows 11. I cannot see any of the games or install new ones.

I have:

- reset the app

- uninstalled and re-installed the app

- formatted the computer

I contacted Windows support and tried the following which did not work:

- re-registering the app

- updating to the latest OS build

- scan disk/disk check/repaired the disk

I contacted Xbox support and did not get anywhere (it disconnected twice)

This is what I see - the green triangles disappear and re-appear constantly:

that is for windows 10, that does not work for windows 11, you have to go through each app individually on windows 11 in the apps section, which he has done and still not working.

I just tried installing the xbox app via your link - still the same issue.

Yes, this is all via the Xbox app (I have a game pass that I am trying to use). The MS Store loads without any issue. I am only having issues with the Xbox app.

Just finished doing all of the above and still experiencing the same issue.

Did A reinstall of windows 10 and fixed everything thank you ^.^

It was the same in Win 10, which is why I upgraded to Win 11.

It seems to work on a different PC, so I think the issue is localised to this machine only, however after re-formatting and also doing an in-place upgrade, I thought it would have resolved the issue.

I am unable to move to the insider version of Win11 (it just says "try again later").
