Xbox app does not work on windows 11

Xbox store app cannot install any game without an 0x800706b error. All my pre-existing games have an error symbol on them and clicking in error details they all have the same error code. I have re-installed and installed multiple other games which go to 100% download then error out like this.

I have repaired the app, cleared the windows store care, deleted games, deleted and reinstalled the xbox app etc and nothing works. IDK why you are distributing windows 11 updates which break basic functionality... Is the xbox app and games supposed to work on windows 11 or what? I am at a loss here and about to cancel my xbox subscriptions because what am I even paying for? Nothing.... someone help...

that is for windows 10, that does not work for windows 11, you have to go through each app individually on windows 11 in the apps section, which he has done and still not working.

I just tried installing the xbox app via your link - still the same issue.

Yes, this is all via the Xbox app (I have a game pass that I am trying to use). The MS Store loads without any issue. I am only having issues with the Xbox app.

Just finished doing all of the above and still experiencing the same issue.

Did A reinstall of windows 10 and fixed everything thank you ^.^

It was the same in Win 10, which is why I upgraded to Win 11.

It seems to work on a different PC, so I think the issue is localised to this machine only, however after re-formatting and also doing an in-place upgrade, I thought it would have resolved the issue.

I am unable to move to the insider version of Win11 (it just says "try again later").
