Xbox App does not launch

Since last update, the Xbox App simply won't launch, if I click on the button nothing happens. I also can't put it in the task bar (although that is not what bothers me).

I'm sorry if this was already asked, but I couldn't find this thread in the forum. Thanks for the help.

Blu-ray app does not launch

Blue ray app will not launch at all. "Please try again. For some reason Blu-Ray took too long to start. (0x802705a)

Blu Ray App Fails to Load

The Blu ray app does not load on my Xbox unless it's the first app that I launch. It also will not load again if I eject the disc and put another one in. Restarting simply resets the process. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing. This issue has persisted
through several updates.

Hiya, i did what someone said about another problem by typing services, scrolling to the 3 windows xbox at the bottom. changing them to start and automatic. There are other settings there. maybe help you. good luck..

I have the same Problem, does anybody no some help?

I just spoke to a rep on the phone about this and was told that the app resets if it is not launched within 24 hours of the last time it was launched and not when it was closed or the xbox was turned off. I am going to try out launching the app twice a day
for a week to see if this works or not and post again if it does or does not just for a possible answer to this problem.

I can also confirm the "Launch app in the background" is not working, the app does not launch if this option is selected, or at least no Xbox icon is shown in the System Tray.

If its launching in the background id still expect to see the icon in the system tray.
