    Hello,

    Just like the title, I want to confirm that after fresh windows instalition, my xbox app reconize and detect my games files. All I had to is :

    - Install and login into Xbox app

    - Select the game that you already have in your hard

    - Click on Install and choose the exaxt same folder as the game installed in you hardware. For example Black ops 6 is installed on my H drive and I install it in same folder.

    - Wait 1-2 min and it will detect your old files and game will be finished.

    So easy, easier than steam to be honest. Because verifing on steam and other launcher will take so much time.

    No friend, from my own experience I have already done that procedure and you will have to download the games again from the store.

    In the previous thread they also give you a possible solution another advisor that you can try, which says that if you install them in the same location where you had them installed previously, Xbox will automatically recognize the files and you will not have to wait to download everything again.

    But I have some questions, how much time does Windows 11 take to install ( my download speed while downloading games around 3 MB/s)? and if I have games installed, will I have to reinstall them again after Windows 11 install? and I also heard that Windows 11 allows to install android apps, so does this version allow to install android apps too?

    Trying to install xbox app in windows 11 - getting error code 0x80070003

    After an update, the microsoft gaming service was not foud, even when i installed it again (even unistalling it and reinstalling it via micorsoft store). Xbox app wouldn't even find the install location for apps. This happened after i restored the windows 11 instalation.

    Thanks for replying. Yes, I reinstalled the Xbox App, Gaming Services and even Windows 11. I did all those steps I added. I guess it might have something to do with the partitions because I created onother partition on my main Ssd before installing Windows 11. In W10 everything worked. I realized small games can be installed in the background but only on the partition C: and I don't see install progress and the Xbox app does still not react after some time (not loading new content, not starting games, not closing)

    I've tried a new VM, I could only download a Windows 11 ARM VHDX.

    So I tried to downgrade it to Windows 10 just after installation but it failed.

    So I will wait a patch of the Xbox app for Windows 11 ARM.
