XBOX App Custom Gamerpic Change

I used the Choose a Custom Gamerpic option earlier, but switched back to an XBOX preset picture.

Now, I want to change my picture again to go along with a new gamertag, but that option no longer exists on my app.



What I want to know is, WAS THAT FEATURE A ONE TIME THING ONLY?

Custom Gamerpics Glitch/Bug

When I try to change my gamerpic to a custom image on the Xbox App from my Windows PC, it will save my changes temporarily and then it gets removed by a default gamerpic. The custom image will stay on the profile for a few seconds
or maybe up to a minute, then it switches to a default picture automatically.

Customizing your gamerpic using the Xbox app is not a one time feature. You may customize your gamerpic even after choosing one of the available images. If you can't customize your gamerpic after choosing an available image, this may be due to an outdated
version of the app or interruption with the Xbox Live server. To resolve this issue, we suggest resetting the Xbox app from the
Settings menu. This process will remove corrupted profile data associated with the app. Refer to the steps below:

1. Click Start and click Settings.
2. Select System.
3. Select Apps & features.
4. Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.
5. Click Reset.
6. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect. Launch the Xbox app and check if you'll see the option to customize your gamerpic.
