Xbox app crashing

Everytime i press on the "Settings" tab it crashes. I have no idea why and how.

Hi Autumn, sorry to hear the game is crashing. Can you tell us what version of the app your using? Does the game also crashing when using the Xbox App (Beta)?

The Xbox app may crash if it is corrupted or there are software conflicts on the computer. There are several ways to make the Xbox app up and running again.

Solution 1. Run the Troubleshooter for Windows Apps by going to this

link and clicking the Run troubleshooter button.

Solution 2. Reset Windows Store to clear the store cache.

1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard. 
2. Click on Command prompt (Admin). 
3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter. 

Solution 3. Uninstall and reinstall Xbox app.

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.
2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.
3. Type the following command to uninstall Windows Store: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage
4. Hit Enter.
5. Launch Windows Store again and download Xbox App.

HI again. Tried all 3 of the options but with no luck. Didn't get it to work at all. As i said, this is only when trying to enter the settings menu in the Xbox App.
