    Xbox App Crashing Win 10


    I recently had to do a full reset on my Windows 10 installation. The system restore failed as it always does. So now that I have my Windows 10 reset I have tried to open the Xbox app and it always crashes. It crashes trying to load the friends list. If I
    click the other tabs to get off the friends list before it attempts to load its fine but as soon as I go to the friends list tab it crashes. I have already uninstalled the app through the powershell. nothing is working. The app worked fine before I was forced
    to reset my system because your Windows 10 system restore is a heap.

    optimal sound settings for Xbox One (uncompressed or bitstream?)

    another thing regarding sound that I noticed yesterday was the comparison of the Netflix App on my Win 10 PC and the one on Xbox One. The Win 10 App sounded much more dynamic for some reason. Could it be the App itself streams at a higher quality than the one on the One?

    Can't manage cloud save files on Xbox app on Win 10 and Win Mobile 10

    It doesn't look like the Xbox app on Win 10 and Win Mobile 10 can manage cloud save files. I'd like to get rid of my save file for 1 game (Runemals), but it looks like I can't do it without actually having to buy an Xbox.

    Could this feature be added to the app? I don't understand why it's missing. Will post this both in Win 10 and Win Mobile 10 section.

    Win 10 is the minimum requirement to run the xbox companion app.

    Sorry, I forgot: The App worked perfectly well until Saturday evening, then suddenly crashed and won't open anymore. I tried to install it again but no chance the App would open. It starts loading and then the window closes. I have been playing since October
    after upgrading to Win 10. No problems until now.

    Here are some tips to prevent the app from crashing while loading or playing the game.

    Close out of any Apps or programs,

    Make sure no antivirus is running in the background.

    When you open the app on windows 10 wait for the Xbox Game Bar Tip (the box that says us Win+G to start recording) to come up before playing any worlds. on the iPad, try reinstalling the game. and/or delete a few Minecraft worlds. there might be too many
    worlds saved for the game to load all of it.

    (Note: if you are trying to play offline on the windows 10 edition v15.0 has made it impossible to play offline)
