Xbox App crashing on Windows 10

It's only recently I've been experiencing this bug. Maybe within the last 3 days. Whenever I receive a party invite, my Xbox App on the PC crashes completely. I've never had a problem with the app before this. Things to note are:

- I have both my Xbox running and the Xbox App running at the same time. I have had it happen when my Xbox is off, though.

- I'm in a party on the Xbox App on PC when this occurs.

- Before this started occurring, I did get the "Teredo IP" error. It lasted for a day and fixed itself within 24 hours.

Can't access messages

I have the same problem. Even deleting ALL messages using Smartglass Beta did not help - Xbox App keeps crashing as soon as I go to the messages section. On Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile.

to all the people who are struggling with the xbox app crashing after the update if you have windows 10 then windows has an update . Update windows 10 and the app will work fine it had taken me 2 days to work this out ........ now I'm happy again

 

My Bingo game continually crashes and has difficulty connecting. This has been happening for a while.

 

Been having the same issue as OP. Don't need to be in a party for it to crash though, I've had crashes on any party inv, whether I'm in a party or not.

 

Mine will crash even when not in a party but someone just sends me a party invite.

I am still experiencing constant disconnects while streaming. I am not in a party, nor have I been invited to a party when encountering this issue.

As others have said, I have streamed without problem in the past, and this issue just arose in the last week or two.

 

Streaming disconnects is a different issue (there are other threads for that). We're investigating those, too.

For the issue here, is anyone still seeing crashes when Party Invites are received (you shouldn't).
