Xbox app crashing my cell phone

Xbox app keeps crashing my phone when I join a party after 2 or 3 minutes of being in the party, my cell phone goes to black screen and shuts off and cant turn it back on until 5 mintues later. My cell phone is
fully charge and it turns off, it only happens when I trying join parties with xbox app, this is the only app that turns my cell phone completely off, my cell phone works fine. I have a Samsung Galaxy A10e

Hi Nathaniel yes the xbox app does crash over past the few days if you use the app for a long time it will start to crash yesterday i tried to see which of my friends were online but no stress I will report a bug to xbox about the App

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

You said you are unable to turn the phone back on for 5 minutes; is the phone heating up prior to the failure?

What effect is it having on your battery life?

use the xbox app or the beta app on your PC or on your cell phone.

if you are not in the console in messages, try the xbox app in windows or the xbox app in your cell phone.

If you have a mobile device such as a cell phone, just download the Xbox app and change it from there, that is the easiest way in my eyes.
