Xbox app crashing my cell phone

Xbox app keeps crashing my phone when I join a party after 2 or 3 minutes of being in the party, my cell phone goes to black screen and shuts off and cant turn it back on until 5 mintues later. My cell phone is
fully charge and it turns off, it only happens when I trying join parties with xbox app, this is the only app that turns my cell phone completely off, my cell phone works fine. I have a Samsung Galaxy A10e
