Xbox app crashing, I cannot play

Hi

I have my Xbox app not working since 2 months ago. When I start it, the homepage loads and then the app closes. This happens all the moment.

I have followed this guide: https://silicophilic.com/the-xbox-app-keeps-crashing/

but there is no improvement.

I am paying for the game pass for nothing

Since you say nothing works, You may have some corrupted files on your PC. It may be best to Give your PC a Fresh Start.

To reset your PC, go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Reset this PC > Get Started. Then, select Keep my files, choose cloud or local, change your settings, and set Restore preinstalled apps? to No.

Important: Resetting your PC (or using Fresh Start) will remove most of your apps, including Microsoft Office, third-party anti-virus software, and desktop apps that came pre-installed on your device. Complete given below directions to reset the app in Windows

Step 1: Open the Settings app. This can be done by clicking its icon in the Start menu or simultaneously pressing Windows logo + I.

Step 2: Click the Apps category icon and then click Apps & features to see all installed apps as well as classic desktop programs.

Step 3: Click on the app that you want to reset to see the Advanced options link. Click on the same (advanced options link).

Step 4: Finally, click the small Reset button. When you click the Reset button, you will find a small dialog box with “This will permanently delete the app’s data on this device, including your preferences and sign-in details.” Click the Reset button in the opened dialog box to reset the app.

Step 5: Once the Reset is done, you will see a check sign next to the Reset button. And restart the Pc

Hi, I cant use my gamepass because this useless app. No solution at all?

How do I know if it is installed?

Always I open it it shows Update button, I click and then install, but if I get into Gaming Services, again Update appears.

Anyways, it is not working
