Xbox App crashes when i click on Settings Windows 10 build 1703

I'm sorry to see any issues with the Xbox App on Windows 10! I gave this a shot, and it seems to be just fine here. However, I could be misunderstanding the issue.

When you launch up the Xbox App, you are hitting the Settings gear within the app, correct? I want to make sure that you aren't hitting the Windows Settings under the Start menu for my testing purposes here.

Have you also attempted this in the Xbox (beta) app from the Windows Store? Install that and see if the same thing is happening. If it is, you'll want to submit feedback through the app itself to ensure it's seen by the team that works on it.

The last thing I suggest trying is another account on your PC. You can
create a local account and then try the app from there. It would be preferable to try another account if you can when it asks you to sign in. This can be one you create for free on our website with a new test email.

Let me know how that goes! If I'm testing incorrectly here, we'll want to straighten that out so I can appropriately help you.

Yes the app crashes when i click settings within the app, everything else works (My Games, Achievements etc.). I also tried making new local account and logging with another microsoft account, but it didn't worked. I've also just now submitted feedback from

Bought it from Amazon on July, 10th. Windows 10 is up to date (Windows 10 Pro, Version 1703, Build 15063.483).

thx. yeah i cant afford it rn. i can maybe next month. so ig i have no choice. oh well 1703 is broken. may as well replace it with a newer (Buggier in my experience) version. (my pc is in a multi-boot of Windows Server 2008, Windows 7 Professional, Windows 8.1 Pro, Windows 10 1703 pro, and Windows 11 pro(current insider build) so yeah)
