Xbox app crashes on launch Error 2147942405

Xbox crashes on launch immediately.

Checked the event log and found this message

Unable to start a DCOM Server: Microsoft.GamingApp_2111.1001.3.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe!Microsoft.Xbox.App as Unavailable/Unavailable. The error:

"2147942405"

Happened while starting this command:

"C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.GamingApp_2111.1001.3.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\XboxPcApp.exe" -ServerName:Microsoft.Xbox.App.AppXqq7rzt1gkb5kpcpszh37b7p6x61mdkks.mca

Thanks for the help.

I've uninstalled and re-installed several times, but the problem remains, unfortunately. When I locate the app manual and try and run it as administrator - I get this message 'Error 0x80070780: The File Cannot Be Accessed by the System'.

I've tried several fixes for this such as running sfc /scannow - but no joy.

Any ideas?

I suggest uninstalling the app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders! Here are the steps!

Are you runnung the app as the PC administrator?

Unfortunately not, did all the steps restarted and atttempted to launch the game to the same 3 errors in event viewer and game still stuck at syncing data and the xbox app as crashed.

i ve already tried everything above with no hope, even reinstalling the game didn't work. the event viewer error should give you a closer look on the root of it which is 2147942405
