xbox app crashes after start up

starts up

crashes

app not in program files to delete and reinstalled but in the app store its says installed

it starts up perfectly fine then crashes two seconds later

XBOX ONE Microsoft Edge crashes

Hey there,

Let's first start with a power cycle on your Xbox One. To do this, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One until the console powers down. After you boot back up, open Microsoft Edge and ensure there aren't any additional tabs open so we can have
a fresh start and monitor which webpages cause the app to crash.

Could you post which specific pages are causing the app to crash?

Xbox app crashes on Zenfone 5

Hi. I installed the Xbox app on my Asus Zenfone 5 running on Android 4.4.2, but the app crashes just after start. Is this an issue of my Zenfone phone? Anyone can help?

I'm having the same problem. When I open xbox app, it's closed. On Event Viewer there is an event reporting that MOApp Xbox crashed....I' tried to reinstall, but unsucceful...

After carefully following these steps exactly.... everything got worse. After the restart i attempted to redownload the app, however when attempting to even just open the Xbox App, it crashes/closes before even finishing start up...

To add onto this, I have also just attempted using the reset buttons for "repair" and "reset".. did not help, reinstalling the app only leads to more instant crashes.
