    Xbox App Crashes after a "while" and then when restarting it says "cannot ...


    Xbox App Crashes after a "while" and then when restarting it says "cannot connect to console" and then i have to restart the app and console. AFter a certain amount of time not sure how long because it varies anywhere from a hour to 3 the app will "crash"
    aka my character in game will continue doing whatever it was last doing (running into walls, shooting) and then i have to close the app. After doing this i try and restart and the app says "cannot connect to xbox" and i have to restart the console AND the
    app. if anyone knows why PLEASE let me know im at my wits end here.

    Sorry, I thought you used a console... However, if after restarting W10 it does not work (including logout and login from the Xbox app), try resetting the store with the "wsreset" command. Then search the game and proceed to the
    installation.

    Not sure what could be causing this unless your internet connection is experiencing interruptions at the same time, would you mind downloading the Beta version of the Xbox App and sending us feedback after this occurs? It'd be great to get some additional
    data from your PC.
