    Xbox App Conversations


    Xbox App on PC says "Try Again - We had trouble getting your conversations". I am also unable to send messages.

    This has been occurring for around 2 months.

    Things I have tried to fix the issue:

    Restarting my computer

    Deleting all of my messages from the xbox.live web application

    Resetting the Xbox app (PC)

    Uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app (PC).

    Nothing has worked unfortunately.

    This only seems to be affecting my main Xbox account. I made a new account and the app gets messages correctly.

    Any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
