xbox app connectivity

So i wanted to play some forza horizon 3 online with some friends. but when i try to connect it all of the sudden gives me an error

i want into the xbox app and saw that the NAT type was strict and the server connectivity was blocked...

ive tried almost everything and nothing helps

my internet works perfectly fine in other online games that arent connected to xbox

this isnt only on pc but also on xbox

i have teredo installed and its running perfectly

Xbox App Server Connectivity on Windows 10 is blocked. If you're attempting to use the Xbox App's ability
to connect to a console, be sure to allow connectivity on the Xbox One. To ensure your console's configured to connect to the Xbox app visit
Settings>Preferences>Xbox App connectivity there you may select whether the console can be connected to any device, devices with profiles signed in on the Xbox, and blocking connections overall.

If you are on the xbox app the easiest way to have your console connected with the app is to make sure your app and the xbox is connected to the same wireless network.

It seems like it may be a connectivity issue to Xbox Live through the Xbox app. Open the Xbox app on the PC's having trouble and then go to the Settings in the side panel and then go to Network. Check the section where it says Server connectivity and make
sure that is connected. If it shows that it's blocked go ahead and follow this guide to troubleshoot the issue:

If it says it is connected, then restart the PC's and re-sign into the Xbox app.

Let us know what it says in the network settings of the Xbox app.

on email1 i have connected to xbox app there is no purchase but on email2 i dont have connected to xbox app is a purchase.but i played the game and got achievements on xbox app with email 1
