Xbox app completely destroys my Windows 10 operating system.

Hello, so recently i got the Xbox Gamepass and decided to try it out. I got the app from the official xbox website, and it absolutely destroyed my Windows 10.

The way the issue happened is after I installed the Xbox app, every time i would switch windows my screen would go black and flash white. Afterwards it would suddenly flash legacy borders for every open window for a single second while the window contents and desktop were black. Window switching would also lag, and the same applied to multi-option menus and the start menu. Eventually my GPU would crash and windows would start logging me out automatically, if i tried logging in it would just kick me out without any warning or transition. When I would restart my computer, it occasionally it would give me a USB media unplugging warning. I've already tested my hardware on another computer, CPU is fine, GPU is fine, My Hard drives are fine. In fact, I bought and installed a new HDD with a completely fresh install of windows and installed the Xbox app in this blank slate, and the same issue! The hard drive was the only one plugged in during that time too. This problem wouldn't happen in safe mode, but nothing I did there would work fix this at all. If I managed to uninstall the Xbox app, the issue would persist. The only fix to this problem was to simply reinstall windows each time it happened, and while that means my computer is working and I can game, I cannot play my Gamepass games! I also tried various powershell and cmd commands before reinstalling windows. I tried uninstalling the Xbox app with powershell, didn't work. I tried repairing my computer with various commands such as "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" and "SFC /scannow"

So to recap:

I've reinstalled windows multiple times and it only fixes the issue caused by the Xbox app, but not the issue with it.
Issue persisted on a completely new hard drive, with a completely fresh windows installation.
All of my hardware has been tested on another motherboard, it is fine. I also made sure to have the latest drivers for my stuff.
Uninstalling the Xbox app does not fix the issue, but it is definitely caused by it's installation.
I tried using various powershell and command prompt commands in a attempt to repair stuff.

The only thing I have not attempted is to install the Xbox app from the Windows Store, but seeing how I spent a entire day trying to solve this issue, I'm afraid the problem might be hardware compatibility and I do not want to risk it. People I know also installed the Xbox app from the website link above, and their computers are fine also. I really don't know why this is happening and it's really bothering me.

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 Ti
AMD Ryzen 5 1500X Quad-Core Processor
32 GB DDR4 Ram

running on 64 bit Windows 10.
