Xbox App Club joining/creation problems.

Long story short, tried to create a club, "You can't do this because of how your account is set up". Alright, well I went in a opened everything up, tried again, nothing. Here's the kicker, I don't own an Xbox One and I haven't used my 360 in years. So what
other settings could be restricting this? I can't do anything else but stuff through windows account and xbox and neither have properties that I could see restricting Clubs.

I'm stumped. So if anyone has an answer please let me know, I've tried everything I can think of.

Edit: I've even removed my old 360 as I don't even use it anymore, I play through the app on windows 10.

Cannot join any clubs because of privacy settings

Hey Lennard,

Is it not allowing you to join clubs for any game or just one game specifically? Also have you tried creating a club just for troubleshooting purposes?

This has been something known for joining or creating clubs for Forza Horizon 4 on the Xbox app for Windows 10.

Windows 10 - Can't join clubs etc.

In the Windows 10 Xbox app i can neither join clubs nor request invitations although because apparently, these features are blocked by my privacy settings which is not the case, joining clubs is allowed according to them.

Any help is appreciated.

Two days now. I've received several invites and I'm unable to reply to any or even create my own as it still gives me that error.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear you are having this problem. There have been a few users experiencing a couple of issues join clubs for FH4 since launch.

For troubleshooting purposes, I suggest trying to join clubs not within the game but straight from the Xbox app itself.

Also, I suggest trying to join clubs for another game so we can see if it's all clubs or just for FH4.
