xbox app changes language based on keyboard layout not windows language

Hello, I have a problem, I want to have my keyboard set to japanese by default since I write a lot with it but my windows stays in english, no problem there, the issue I have with this is that the xbox game app changes it language based on my primary keyboard
language not the windows language, so my xbox game app is in japanese, I wish to have it the same as my windows language in english though, is there any way I can fix this without having to add another keyboard layout on top, since I dont want to switch it
around constantly.

Xbox App uses the language that you have assigned as your preffered Windows language. In order to change that, search for "Language" (type this in your Windows language if you're not using the english version) in the search bar on Windows and then the language
panel will come up. (It's the same panel you use if you want to change keyboard preferences) The language which is in the top, is the one that the Store and all it's apps use. Just get the language you prefer in the first spot and the Store along with all
the apps and your keyboard will use this as preffered language.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. The only thing able to be changed on the Xbox is the keyboard language. You can go to settings>System language and location>keyboard language. There is no way of changing the layout itself. However, if
you have an
actual keyboard in the layout you want. You can try and use that.
