    xbox app cant turn on xbox one


    help xbox app will try to turn on console but says "cannot connect to console make sure you console is on instant on" I have made sure it is on instant on but still dosent work please help

    We can't turn on your console

    Picked up a brand new router and connected just the xbox1 and my computer to it.

    Still cant turn the xbox one on using apps

    When sending the turn on signal from the app I can see activity lights flashing.... then turn off...then flash again

    Like the app is sending the signal and the nic is receiving it but it wont turn on

    unable to stream my xbox one on my surface pro4? it was working last few day ago

    Hi few day ago I was able to stream my xbox one using some port forwarding and XOON app to turn on my box. But today I was unable to stream it. I was able to turn on the xbox one using the XOON app but was unable to connect my xbox one on my surface pro4
    xbox app to stream.

    I went back home to see my xbox one preferences setting it was different from what I have previously. I cant find the preferences setting as from the help support below.

    Xbox one overscan option.

    Should i turn off the overscan option in the video settings on the Xbox one because there is a app that some stuff that i cant see on the app when overscan is enabled. I disable it I can see the entire screen but they recommend you to leave it enabled
    so do i disable it or no?
    I recommend turning it off. Overscan is mainly used for bigger TVs like 45"(ish)+

    On my Xbox, I have overscan turned off and everything is fine.

    It CANT be turned off.

    @Panda You could TECHNICALLY turn it off, but your xbox one is a expensive brick.
