    Xbox App can't see my Xbox one


    Hi there. The Xbox App can't seem to find my Xbox One - despite the fact Windows can via connected devices and it's showing as a connected device on my router page.

    Using a wired connection via a powerline. Was working fine till recently

    Please help.

    Invited to the Xbox One Preview program but didn't receive Preview app download link

    Hi, I received a message on my Xbox that I was invited to the Xbox Preview Program but I think I lost the message, I can't find it.

    When searching for the app I can't seem to find it in the store either.

    On Windows 10 Xbox App I can still see the message but can't tell the app to open the message on my Xbox One.

    Can someone help?

    Xbox Insider app -> Manage devices

    I can't see my xbox one listed in the "Xbox Insider" app, under Settings -> Manage devices.

    Does the list just not show the console you are currently using?

    Tried to edit and add images - but seems I can't for some reason :-/

    Yes, the Xbox is set to allow all connections, my modem didn't specify either but repeater downstairs does both 2.4 and 5 but my Xbox is less than five feet from the modem itself.
