Xbox app can't login

My Xbox app won't let me log in. Every time I start it up, I'm logged out. When I click to log in, the app immediately shows me my account and the "Let's start" button. When I click it, the app refreshes but doesn't log me in. In the settings, it shows my account as logged in to the Microsoft Store. I used a guide from this link before, and it helped until I restarted my computer. I had to do it every time, but today this method stopped working, and I have no idea how to fix it. My Game Pass subscription is running out of time, and i can't use it.
