xbox app cant load game pass

Received a code today but also cant get passed the loading screen when booting the app

Have you made sure all of your software has been updated and is up to date? If not update your soft ware and try again if it still doesent work you should contact microsoft

Hello i was having similar issue with my ios allowing me to download gamepass game with just the xbox app itself. I found i also needed the gamepass app as well then synced both together and havent had an issue since. If dont work just by doing that might
need to sync everthing for both apps and xbox to local network so they all read as one setup to make it work as well. I hope this helps you if thats root of issue, if not will do some more research into what ican find in regards to related issues and share

Theres an seprete app for game pass to download and the new xbox is a little complicating because they took alot of features out so basically your gonna have to use separate game pass app because they’ve removed the feature from the regular xbox app,i
