Xbox App can't load any content or game tiles while I am signed-in.

Game tiles won't load on any page so its impossible for me to download and install games. This is what the "All PC Games" and "My Collections" pages look like for me:

It was working the first time I opened the app, I just got game pass and was adding games to the Play Later list the app crashed while adding one, and now It can't load anything While I am signed-in.

I noticed the app will load content only when I am signed out of my Microsoft account. I can view the games and lists then, but as soon as I sign-in its stuck again and appears like the above image.

Is it possible this happened from adding too many games to the Play Later list?

I've tried repairing, resetting, deleting the data, uninstalling and reinstalling, and restarting my PC/router multiple times. The problem still persists.

For such cases, we recommend performing some basic troubleshooting steps such as uninstall the app and reinstall the app. Then, restart your device also I advise you to restart your router

I'm having the same issue. I literally can't get anything to load. Tried the xbox app, won't sign in. Tried the xbox companion app, just sits there and spins. Can't load into any games like Minecraft because of it.

The Windows 10 update-in-place did not resolve the Xbox PC app issue. I uninstalled anything that said "Xbox" in front of it prior to running the update-in-place. It took about 25 minutes so not much time lost, and everything seems to be working fine as it did prior to the update-in-place. I then reinstalled the Xbox app from the MS Store which went fine, but no dice on the Xbox app. Same garbage "could not load content" tiles showing up in the app, and my Xbox game pass subscription does not load within the app. Even when I completely sign out of the Xbox app, those same garbage blank graphic tiles load when launching the Xbox app for PC.

Not sure where to go from here, but definitely not willing to do a format/reinstall just to get the Xbox and MS Store app working. I can only assume at this point that there's an issue going on with auth/tokens/account provisioning/etc. between that PC and Microsoft.

I am having the same issue. Whenever I am trying to sign in to XBOX live account, screen freezes while loading dash board.

If I skip the sign-in part and try to sign-in from any game instead, it works fine. The dashboard does not load at all after signing in.

Please help!!
