    Xbox App Broken for some users?


    Hello,

    I'm posting here today to see if anyone else is experiencing a problem with the Xbox app (Windows 11). With my experience, when I attempt to open the xbox app, the app will open, load for a short while,, and immediately close. I have tried just about everything to fix the problem. Repairing/Resetting the app, uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Clearing the cache for the microsoft store, running commands through the commander prompt to absolutely no avail. I'm assuming this has to be a very fatal bug and will be ironed out in time. My device is up to date both date wise and update wise and I cannot seem to fix this issue. Is there any chance someone knows a fix I somehow managed to miss or are any bug fixing plans in the cards for the future? PS. This has been a issue for 2 weeks now.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. I appreciate your efforts in trying to get it fixed.

    Just to confirm, have you tried to reinstall already your Gaming Services app? Or tried the suggested steps through the link below?

    To further isolate the issue, we could try to perform a clean boot to disable any of your 3rd party services which may be causing the issue.

    I'm not saying the x1 is a broken mess, but the system on x1, smartglass, xbox.com, xbox live app etc that shows activity - that is broken, as confirmed by many here.

    Microsoft Sudoku is BROKEN

    I have been reading about Sudoku being broken for a long time. It works and then it does not. I have updated, uninstalled, reset and every other thing suggested by the many, many people that keep saying the same thing.

    The app is broken. I have uninstalled it because when you click on the app it comes up … circles for a while and then disappears. It is broken.

    My Windows 10 is always up to date and the apps are up to date as well.

    Sudoku and Minesweeper do the same things. No problem with the Live Xbox apps … solitaire and ultimate word games. No problems at all.

    Apparently, it is NOT we users that are the problem.
