    Hello,

    Please elaborate. What device are you experiencing this issue on? Have you tried clearing the app cache or uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

    Basically the app just is completely grey and if I click on something it just says loading I'm experiencing this on my android phone

    Okay, I just checked and it's working on my Samsung. There aren't currently any confirmed outages https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    Try reloading the app, then clear the app cache in storage settings and install any available updates for it. Also try switching between WiFi and 4G/5G mobile data if possible, and restart your phone if the issue still persists.

    Microsoft store crashes (fixed) on launch after using wsreset.exe i cleared data and cache on microsoft store and nothing works. and i get error 0x80070424 when downloading games. (FIXED COMPLETELY)

    Now the app is working fine, without resetting anything. 😓

    I'm starting to think it's either an issue with how the app communicates with the server or someone broke something while compiling the update.

    The second time it "broke" I clicked on "Quests" on the game pass tab of the xbox home screen.
