Xbox app Beta showing incorrect membership renewal date

The XBOX Beta for PC is Showing incorrect date in the account section, on microsot page is 7th on XBOX beta 14th. I tried 1 month, so was checking when it ends through the Beta app to cancel, but now I know, that the date was wrong. How is that even possible?
This smells like some scammy tactics from MS to get more money. There is also no chat support from MS, this is just ridiculous. I don't want to have payed service I don't want for another month, due to their mistake.

Hey there as you mentioned the Xbox app is in Beta, so bugs and errors are quite common. To be sure I understand correctly your account made an automatic renewal on the 7th while the Xbox beta showed you had until the 14th to cancel right?

If you had this I suggest you contact Xbox staff through any way it is mentioned
here. On the forum there is less chance for staff to see your problem.

If you had a renewing membership (of course), the billing date and renewal date are two separate things. Say your Gold membership renewed on the 15th of the month, but your account's billing date is the 5th of the month. If your Gold membership renews on
10/15, then the charge for the 10/15-11/15 term of the membership will process on 11/5. Now, if you disabled autorenew prior to 11/5, then this charge is probably unexpected. However, it is a valid charge.

No, your gold membership will not be affected even if you turn off Auto-Renewal.

PLEASE NOTE: If you deactivate Auto-Renewal. Your Xbox LIVE Gold Membership will end on the date of expiration.

Incorrect,they show as unlocked without a date stamp,they DO NOT all show the same date.

well could it be a membership renewal?

everytime you purchase a dashboard deal they tell you this membership will renew at this date

they also send multiple emails to the contact email
