Xbox App and Xbox Game Bar Sign In button not working

Hi it great to hear that the problem was solved. For the other problem you could try this. Open the Xbox app and click the cogwheel button at the bottom left. On the General Tab, you will an option to sign in to your Twitter account. Click it.If it works,
then you don’t really have a problem if it does not try this .In order to sign into Twitter in the Xbox app, open an app, any app. Once the app is open, tap the Win+G keyboard shortcut. This will open the game bar. Click the cogwheel button next to your profile
icon.This will take you to the game bar settings. Select the Accounts tab and you’ll see an option to sign in to Twitter there. Click the Sign In button and this time, the sign in page will open allowing you to sign in to your Twitter account.Hope it helps

This is happening on Windows 10

And i can't seem to load up Xbox app it's a black screen

Please try running this command to reinstall missing dependencies:

Press Windows key + X and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

Type or copy / past the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Don't worry if you see red messages, it's normal.
Once the command ends restart the PC and try again

If maybe the issue persist try and double check this:
Press Windows button and type Services

On Services App from the list of results, press right-click and run it as administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

And do this with each of the services listed above:

Right-click over the service and select Properties.
Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic (if not, change it to automatic)
If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services

Restart your PC and check again

Can you tell me what was the command that you used to delete the game bar?

In the meantime, if you try signing out and in with your account in the Xbox PC app. There the sign in button works or the same happens?

And, is this happening on Windows 11 or 10?

Party chat on Windows/Xbox App still works. An alternative is the Xbox game bar Party.

To bring up the Xbox game bar, Hold the Windows button and Press "G"

From there you will be able to initiate a Party and Much more!
