This is a fresh Full install of Windows 10 Pro

I figured I would put the other screenshots as links so I wouldn't fill this post up to much.

Both Xbox Apps are the only problem I have on Windows 10

This problem also happens on my other system that has Windows 10 Insider Slow Ring and other system that is in the Fast Ring.

Please help with this problem as MS Support has No Clue as how to fix this

Like I said this is a Fresh Full install of Window 10 Pro and yes it is Fully Updated as of 3:53PM EST on 10/3/2017

Xbox app and Store not working since Windows 10 update

Same problem here, Xbox app loads but crashes while logging in with no error message. And exactly same behaviour in beta app. Today I've seen a new update in Store but still not working. I've uninstalled Xbox app with PowerShell and reinstalled again via
Store, but Xbox app keeps crashing. Notice this is happening in a tablet-PC with Intel Atom x5-Z8500, but the app works OK for me with my other computers I have Windows 10 installed.

 

Can't access messages

I have the same problem. Even deleting ALL messages using Smartglass Beta did not help - Xbox App keeps crashing as soon as I go to the messages section. On Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile.

 

Well a update came around 4:00PM EST, But it was just added features Not fixes as Xbox App still crashes

I did a Full install (2nd time) Deleted partitions, Shut down, Reboot, Ran setup again, Added partitions, Formatted drive, Installed windows 10 Pro, Logged into my Hotmail account, Windows Activated per Digital key.

All updates from Store and Windows Updates are Fully updated and I check every day

Yes Xbox App and Xbox Beta App have been uninstalled then I shut down and pulled battery, Waited over 10 minutes, Reboot, Did a defrag, Reinstall Xbox App - work for a little while then crash, Reinstall Xbox Beta App and it does the same

This computer is not in the Insider Program

The computer I have in the Slow Ring Insider Program does the same thing

The computer I have in the Fast Ring Insider Program does the same thing

I'm buying another laptop and with all 3 of my other computers having Xbox App and Xbox Beta App crashing, How much you want to bet this new system will have the same problem.

Just so you know my house is wired with Cat7 and my Internet Speed is 1GB

Also I'm Microsoft and Cisco Certified, But I'm not a software programmer

Like I said above everything works right except the Xbox Apps

I did like you asked and made another account on my computer (Windows 10 that isn't in the Insider Program" and Xbox App still crashes



I have (On my killerjames 425 Account) Opened Groove to download all my music as Groove is ending on Dec 31 and didn't have any problemsI have also opened OneDrive and downloaded all my files to my D drive and transferred them back to OneDrive with no problemOpened
Skype and used it for a few hours with no problemOpened Xbox Insider App and used it for a while and let it sit for a few hours with no problemPlayed with Cortana and didn't have any problems

On Windows 10 the only problem I have is with the Xbox App and this is on this Computer that's Not in the Insider Program and with another Computer that is in the Fast Ring and another that is in the Slow Ring.I have talked with other folks and they are having
the same crashing problem with Xbox App on Windows 10

Like I said all Store Apps are updated and all Windows 10 updates are installed - I also Cleared Store Cache multi times and uninstalled Xbox App and Xbox Beta AppAlso like I said this is a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro - Also Opera, Firefox, and Chrome are
installed on D drive, Windows 10 and Store Apps are the only programs on C drive

I've got an Update about this problem - I bought a New Laptop and did all Windows Updates and Store Updates on it

I'm signed into everything (Windows, OneDrive, Skype, Groove, Store, Xbox, Xbox Insider) and the Xbox app on Windows 10 still Crashes

So again I think this is a coding problem with the Xbox app

I have went though every Windows 10 app/program on this New Computer and all works with No Problem (I haven't added anything to this computer except all updates)

I have the same, plus on android and yes reports have been sent. plus it says I not a member of any clubs
