Xbox App and Minecraft PE sign in both broken

Hello,

I downloaded the xbox app on my phone and try to sign in but it says 'Something went wrong' then gives an error code that changes each time.

I am using the same account to sign in as I am using to make this thread.

This is for the xbox app on my phone my phone is a Oneplus 6T. I also notice that I can't sign in on minecraft pocket edition either without it crashing the game.

Any help appreciated.

Hi,

Yes I am using v1.14.60

pressing the sign in button crashes the game causing it to reset.

Is your game updated to the latest version? 1.14.60 for general public release anything higher is beta which might cause some issues.

Hi, which version of Minecraft PC is this?

Windows 10 edition Beta?

Minecraft PE: Windows Phone?

Minecraft PE: android?

Minecraft PE: iOS?

and what is the error codes you get when trying to sign in?

Also do you have the Xbox app installed on your device?

Hello Eternal,

Sorry for the issue with signing in. Have you contacted Mojang with the issue of signing into Minecraft PE? They both are linked as you need to sign into the Xbox live for the pocket edition.
