    Xbox app and Microsoft store


    I've been trying to sign into the Microsoft store and Xbox app after switching emails but all I get is "you'll need internet for this" 0x800704cf. I've tried a couple things like restarting, shutting down, checking for updates, etc. I'm able to sign into my Microsoft account on my browser though but, when I try to get a game, it brings me back to the Microsoft store which I can't sign into. Any ideas please and thank you?

    Can't access Back 4 Blood on Gamepass although it has already been released (PC, OCE)

    Make sure the account that has the subscription is logged into the Microsoft Store app.

    Log out of Microsoft Store and Xbox app, clear store cache, login to Microsoft Store and Xbox app, and try again.

    To clear the store cache>

    Windows key + R and type ''wsreset'', wait for the black screen to close and open the store automatically.

    Please uninstall the launcher, the log out the Xbox app and the Microsoft store app, then restart the Pc and log back in the Xbox app and Microsoft store app, install the Minecraft launcher from the Microsoft store app and try to log in again with the Microsoft account option

    Game Pass is a subscription, not a store. If you mean the Xbox app, both the Microsoft Store app and Xbox app are essentially the same store. They just have different names.

    Hi, there is an option similar to the home xbox on windows 10, but it's not from the Xbox app, it's in the Microsoft store app. To set it, launch the Microsoft store app, then goto settings - then find offline permissions and turn it on.
