Xbox App and Microsoft Store downloading so slow

Thats my speed but download speed stuck at 40Mb/s. I checked delivery optimization and set both options to 100% nothing changed. I started download at xbox app then pause it and started on miscrosoft store still same. I tried everything on the internet i think but still downloading speed is so slow.

Try to restart your router first. Then, log off of your account on the Xbox app, restar your PC. Log back in again, and then try again.

If that doesn't work, try to configure yoiur router this way:

Call your internet service provider, and ask them to open the ports described below on your router.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

Also ask to disable and then, enable it again the UPnP function and if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Besides, ask them to put their PC's IP in the DMZ zone configuration.

To locate the IP of your PC: On the taskbar, select Wi-Fi network > the Wi-Fi network you're connected to > Properties.

Under Properties, look for your IP address listed next to IPv4 address.

Hello BurakKarabay1, when you do the speed test on Xbox it tests on Microsoft servers in the US, but the download speed may depend on several factors including when to upload the developer makes available, Microsoft is only a store when you download you do directly from the developer of the game.

none of these tips worked.

I can download on all platforms with full speed, including the Microsoft store and Xbox app. But the flight simulator is slow.

Try to clear the Microsoft Store cache

Press Windows Key + R to launch Run.
Enter wsreset.exe and hit Enter.
Once the reset process finished, restart your PC and then check if the Windows Store App works as it should.

The Xbox App depends on the Microsoft store App to run properly. So, if there is something wrong with the Store app, this would cause different problems including slow download speed.

In this case, resetting the Store cache can fix the problem, so make sure you do that by following the steps above.

Download xbox app on your pc from the microsoft store then on microsoft store click 3 dots "downloads and updates" and you should be able to do so.
