Xbox app and Microsoft games arent able to launch and play

I understand you need help with your Xbox app games issue.

Please try reinstalling the game first to see if that can help.

Make sure to turn off your anti virus as well or firewall just to see if that is what's causing the problem.

You can also do these steps:

Check for windows update:

Start>>Settings>>Update and Security>>Update if needed

reset the Xbox app then do a store reset as well.

Click Start and click Settings; Select Apps & features. Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options. Click Reset then also click repair.

Once done, please do this:

Click Start and search for wsreset, right click then open as admin, wait for the store to load up again.

Delete gaming services

Go to start > Search for PowerShell > Right click > Run as administrator. Type the following command and press enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

- Press Windows + R and type in "regedit". Press enter.

- Search for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services

- Delete the folders "GamingServices", "GamingServices.net" (if they're still there).

Reinstall gaming services:

- Restart your computer. Run Powershell as administrator and run the commands:

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

After that, copy and paste this to powershell:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

- Install the app on that page.

- Restart your computer one more time. Try the game again.

I did all the steps but I cant launch any game. (I'm on Windows 11)

I don't know what to do and is there anything else to do to fix this issue

If none of that helps, I would already suggest resetting your PC.

In this case Amazon is the responsible of porting an app to the Xbox One, I don't know the details on the current Windows 10 App if it is universal or not.

If the streaming service supports a web player you can launch Microsoft Edge and listen from there, however you won't be able to listen and play games as with the Spotify App for Xbox

Nothing when I try to launch a game included with game from both the XBOX app and microsoft store

If I click play/launch it does nothing
