Xbox app and game services is entirly broken

I have tried EVERYTHING your "technicians" say to do, and not a thing has worked, doing the old Get package command, does not work, i cant even uninstall game services to reinstall it, I SHOULDNT HAVE TO HAVE A DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE TO PLAY SEA OF THIEVES DUDE. i cant install games, i cant even see games to install them every box is grey with a sad face, because YALL dont know how to make an app user friendly, the fix should be, uninstall, reinstall, done, when i uninstall the xbox app, game services should go with it, so i install them TOGETHER, I SHOULDNT HAVE TO GO INTO REGEDIT, OR SERVICES, OR WINDOWS TERMINAL, IT SHOULD JUST WORK, REPAIR DOES NOTHING, RESET DOES NOTHING, PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ACTUAL PROPER HELP, error 0x87e00196. And i already know your going to say "get package" all that does is scream "REMOVAL FAILED, CONTACT VENDOR" in big red letters so i already know it doesent work

I am not entirly sure, but i have seen that same error code on multiple games when loading them up.

Everything is up to date and I have the gaming services but it tells me to download it again and when I click download it doesn't. The gaming services app is broken and I see other people with the exact same problem. It is probably a problem with the app and not with anything else

Hi,

the Troubleshoot doesn´t work for me.

I have win 10 and use the Xbox(beta) app.

The problem is the connection to the live service, in other games too (checked today).

Live isn´t blocked.

Only the live service is broken ...

Unfortunatlly this doesn't work, the game save for Fallout is in the Fallout folder but the game save for the GOTY edition is stored in Fallout GOTY folder under memory making an entirly new save area
