Firstly, it's important to note that the email address that the Xbox app is asking you to verify may not necessarily be the same as the email address you use to log in to your Microsoft account. It's possible that you may have used a different email address to set up your Xbox account.



To find out which email address the Xbox app is asking you to verify, you can try the following steps:



1. Open the Xbox app and click on the "Sign in" button.

2. Enter your Microsoft account email address and password.

3. If the app asks you to verify your email address, click on the "Verify now" button.

4. The app should display the email address that needs to be verified. Make a note of this email address.



Once you have identified the email address that needs to be verified, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:



1. Go to the Microsoft account website (https://account.microsoft.com/) and sign in with your Microsoft account email address and password.

2. Click on the "Security" tab.

3. Under "Security settings", click on "More security options".

4. Scroll down to the "Additional security options" section and click on "Manage advanced security".

5. Under "Advanced security options", click on "Manage" next to "Alternate authentication email addresses".

6. Check if the email address that needs to be verified is listed here. If it is, click on "Verify" next to the email address and follow the instructions to complete the verification process.

7. If the email address is not listed here, you can try adding it as an alternate email address by clicking on "Add email" and following the instructions.

Hi there, thanks for your question.

You'll need to press Windows Key+I to open the Settings App

Click Accounts, the Email & App Accounts.

You should be able to remove your Xbox account from here.

how can i double check an email if i dont know the email im trying to access

its a simple **** question, tell me how to check the **** email associated with my account. link with other services is for media apps

You would have to go to Microsoft account to change the email settings. Every Xbox account requires you to have an email and I would recommend only Outlook emails.
