Xbox App and Cbox Smartglass

I remember there being an accessible keyboard on Xbox smartglass and the Xbox App but can’t find it any where. You could copy paste from your mobile device and or computer. And much more! I just don’t know where it went?

If it is not working for you any more try this:

I've found the first thing to try is to do a HARD reboot of you XBox One. There seems to be an issue where something will happen in the background of the OS and the keyboard will stop working. In my experience so far a hard reboot will fix this and cause
the keyboard entry and copy/paste features to work again until the issue happens again.

Another thing to do to keep this issue for ocuring as often is to put the XBox in "energy-saving" (settings -> power mode & startup -> power mode -> energy-saving) mode. This makes it so the Xbox will completely power down when you turn it off instead of
going into is listening sleep mode. Of course the drawback to do this is that you will no longer be able to wake up your XBox with a voice command. For me, this was not big deal.
