xbox app 0x409 error

    Ok so I got sea of thieves through the game pass for my account but for some reason the xbox app(windows 10) doesn't login, it tells me the error code is (0x409)0x80070422 I have searched for a solution and didn't find any that worked because there are no
    xbox services in my services.msc

    I'm getting an error code called (0x409) 0x80080300 i dont know how to fix this.
