    My name is Daniel,

    Today I purchased some apex coins on my favourite game Apex Legends however these coins have not appeared in my account so in conclusion, there has been an error, therefore, I must have a refund because it is fraud to sell a product that is defective!

    Do you mean you bought Apex Coins on the PC version of Apex, or you used your PC to buy Apex coins for the Xbox version?
