    So I've been trying to have open nat on my pc and tried port forwarding for cold war and saw that box has some similar ports? sometimes when my brother plays on the box while I'm on my pc we get hiccups or high ping is this the cause of it? should I DMZ
    my Xbox?

    NAT type still moderate after port forwarding?

    Ok, entered the xbox's IP into every ports "or manually enter a lan IP" field, but its still telling me nat type is moderate. My xbox's IP isn't conflicting with anything all i have is my PC, and even with the pc turned off it still says moderate nat type.

    After reading through here, it is recommended that the NAT type for both you and any friend or any person that you're attempting to connect to is an open NAT type for the best possible connection.

    We understand that you play on a Windows PC, and so we recommend that our
    Xbox app NAT type on Windows 10 displays “Teredo is unable to qualify”     support article is followed to attempt making the NAT
    type open on your PC.

    Try following this and feel free to let us know how this goes.
