    XBOX and NBA2K18 Stealing customers money during Hurricane Irma & XBOX support customer ...


    XBOX/Microsoft, has deleted my son's player and stole his VC's. These were purchased when I paid for the $150.00 game, we have been sending emails and contacted support to return his 250,000 VC's. Still have not received them.

    Tried customer support and the support supervisor Arianna ID#7071099 was extremely rude and hung up phone.

    This is terrible customer service and basically stealing, because the VC's were paid for.

    Banned while offline?

    I was banned recently on my Xbox account and I have yet to know why I'm unable to talk to my friends now. Hurricane Irma came and my house was without power for 4 days and I couldn't get on and I hadn't been banned before the hurricane so I don't know why
    or how I was banned if I did nothing

    You need to file a ticket with 2k Support. They are the ones that will be able to get him his VC and retrieve his player.

    I can no longer run Red Dead Redemption 2 story mode offline since the last xbox one update. I have the physical disc.

    There is no fix! :( Microsoft/Xbox just gets to pocket our money, and we don't get to play the game.

    Very very disappointed in Xbox for basically stealing from its customers by doing this.

    ngocphi, just say that Microsoft want to "steal" money from their customers while they don't know what is happening.

    A lot of people, including my friends did not even know about auto-renewal, and me, who can't even take off his credit from xbox.

    A call? give a call to Microsoft to remove my credit card or to turn off the auto-renewal?

    That is the worst excuse. What if someone can't even talk, what's going to happen then?

    It is just another case when a company tries to "steal" money "legally", without their customers knowing.

    We don't really like Microsoft, but we do like Xbox and games. That is the only reason why most of the customers are still using Microsoft's product.
