    Hello, I've been having a problem with these 2, I'm having a problem downloading worlds/maps ive purchased on the MINECRAFT MARKETPLACE, so I contacted xbox, they told me to contact mojang, so I did. I wish I was joking about how many times I've contacted both sides and they told me to contact the other, xbox tells me to contact Mojang, Mojang tells me to contact xbox.

    I've been talking to 5 xbox specialists now, and they all told me to contact Mojang, and the 3 or 4 Mojang people told me contact xbox.

    Ive been having this problem for going on months now.

    I go to minecraft [im on the xbox one s] and I go to the marketplace, I click download on the map I purchased or got for free, and I get stuck on "Step 2 of 2 - Importing Content 0%" I just want my maps or my coins back its annoying..

    Sorry for the rant, I just need help and obviously xbox or mojang can't help me.

    Ive tried the following;

    •Factory Reset Xbox [5 times]

    •Uninstalling Minecraft

    •Unplugging my 1tb drive

    •Different Profile

    •Different Internet

    •Different Maps/Worlds

    Nothing has worked.. so yay...

    I understand your frustration. But just a reminder that Microsoft owns Mojang, but they are different companies. Microsoft is Microsoft, Mojang is Mojang. Mojang employees are not Microsoft employees - and vice-versa.

    So Mojang handles Minecraft suspensions, not Microsoft or the Xbox team. Only Mojang could help you with this.

    And Mojang says contact Xbox if you were using Xbox Live account when in Marketplace. Go figure...

    4J Studios is the team who brought Minecraft to the Xbox 360, Mojang is in control of the PC so going to Mojang can't exactly help out with the Xbox version.
