    Please answer the following questions to understand a bit more your issue :

    Is this happening on Windows 10 or 11?
    The error code appears on both Microsoft store and Xbox app?
    The error code appears for everything? I mean, apps and games or only games?
    And, which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this, in that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

    I did what you were saying on clear cache, it's working now plus another update popped up on there when I was getting on the store.

    Hi!

    1) Are you in the Xbox Insider program? Or to phrase it differently, are you using a beta version of the OS?

    2) Try to turn off the console and clear the cache
