hello there dear Xbox and Microsoft this is a message to your boss Phill Spencer and how he has turned his company into a pure sad evil corrupt organisation and how he enjoys messing with and **** over his loyal paying customers it's disgusting how
this has gone to far with the SS Xbox live policy enforcement team it makes me sick how this team enjoys banning all gamers accounts and consoles for fun and then after they ban you they send you private texts saying they will unban you if you pay a fee of
£100 it's wrong and the police should be involved investigating these people and they should locked behind bars for life so that's the hole truth about Phill Spencer and his corrupt company

Corruption and deception

I've been getting that darn Secondary password request for Xbox sign in for 3 months now and it signs you out if you don't provide (initially I didn't have one and you don't need it so why bother?) ANYWAYS, lately corrupted files in storage and after a cache
clean YOUR SUPPORT BOT recommended I clear and redownload my Gamertag profile...Profile Only setting redownloaded the two step was locked and unlocked got the code and nothing! Neither the two step code NOR MY PASSWORD lets me back in...This is the 2nd time
in 5 years M-Soft has screwed me and I'm ready to throw my console out the window...Recently got a 360 again from last Xmas because when you introduced the Rewards program you took my money but gave me no rewards. Always been a Gold member and now can't redownload
my profile so, why bother? What I'd like for the double hassle for being a long time gamer is a brand new console with my information correct, Rewards program in place and customized steampunk fashion with a full physical library of all my games. I will NOT
be moving forward to XDone and am really aggravated that you put the screws to gamers because you have a next gen coming out in Black Friday/Xmas. We told you we didn't want these features on the XDone so you drop them on the 360? LAME.

Corruption and deception

You need to log in to the account on the web interface and change your entire MS Account security settings. The two-step verification can be turned off very easily. This would allow for easier account recovery and solves several issues in regards to logging
in and managing your profile and account. If you've had the "problem" for 3 months, then you should have contacted Xbox Support when you first ran into the issue so it could have been resolved much earlier.

You really are making a mountain out of a molehill here to be honest. Microsoft hasn't screwed you over at all; if this is the second major problem you've had in 5 years, then I don't see how you come to the conclusion that you're being screwed over for
such a minor issue that is easily changed in the settings of your account. Microsoft won't give you anything at all for user error or neglect, and that does not translate to corruption or deception. The issue you have right now has nothing to do with the Xbox
One at all or any of the original policies or current policies.

Sounds more that you've been the victim of a DDoS attack and they are trying to blackmail you into paying them to stop.

If Microsoft really were charging people to unban them, don't you think it would be in the news somewhere?

By the way, Phil Spencer doesn't run Microsoft. That would be Satya Nadella.

There is not & never has been an option to buy back banned accounts or to pay to unban a console.

Sorry to hear about your situation. I don't think that person would have the ability to give out bans like that. I would suggest you try to avoid replying if it doesn't seem like a friendly convo, and instead block/report them. If you do decide to go PlayStation,
they have lots of great games and a friendly community. You can't go wrong with whatever you do decide to do.

I find it disgusting how some people can just ban players because of their connections within microsoft! Today was the first time i lost my cool with a player after he messaged me, which triggered a reaction from me which I admit crossed a line
but rather than the player reporting me like ALL OF US NORMAL players would have to do he threaten me that his buddy which works in the microsoft enforcement team would ban me and soon after I did get banned and guess what that player is still able to message
and did message me taunting about what he just did. Microsoft you put up this front talking about how you want to provide a community of fair play but do you consider this fair !!? I reported the player why didn’t he get banned right away like I did within
minutes? This is honestly disgusting makes me want to switch to playstation. Microsoft is corrupt! What will you guys do about this? My guess nothing.

Enforcement related issues need to be directed to
enforcement.xbox.com, however in regards to your issue, I would be confident the person taunting you had no actual connection to someone in PET and you were banned due to your violation of the CoC.
