    You see i have experienced this and have seen many others do the same. We have been falsley comms banned and I would like to kniw from an official source if yall at microsoft actually check ban reports or if anyone can get anyone banned by reporting them?
    Btw i wasnt sure which category this fit in so...

    No, the ban is imposed on the Microsoft account and will not be lifted when the Xbox One is released as the entire Microsoft account is permanently banned.

    Nope This is a Microsoft problem I know I have the same Problem with my name. It tells me i'm Banned from xbox live. In fact there is a error in Microsofts system Thats why the word DAVE is banned also the word FALL is banned from xbox live as a dirty word.
    Only Microsoft can fix this problem.

    Unfortunately Microsoft does not provide details about banned consoles. See the statement below.

    “This console has been banned for violations of the Terms of Use. To protect the Xbox LIVE service and its members, Microsoft does not provide details about console bans. There is no recourse for Terms of Use violations.”

    In addition, check out this recommendation from Microsoft.

    "Consoles bans stay with the console, regardless of owner. Microsoft recommends only buying consoles from authorized Xbox 360 retailers."
