Xbox and Microsoft account birthdate mismatch

Hello,

I contacted the support a few times already because of my problem but so far it could not be solved.

It looks like my Microsoft account and my Xbox account have different dates of birth and the one on my Xbox account is wrong. I already verified my age by sending a copy of my drivers license through the age verification form.

Unfortunatly this mismatch seems to block some options in my Xbox account, specifically "Xbox One/Windows 10 Online security". Some of them seem to be locked on "block" which means I cant browse designs, see designs of other players or upload my own designs
in Forza Horizon 4, just to name a few effects this has on my account.

This is really frustrating for me since I paid as much money for the game as everyone else and get less features.

The support told me it cant change my birthdate on my Xbox Account and I cant change it myself either. Is there really no way to make this work?

EDIT: Support told me to change my Microsoft date of birth to match the one on my Xbox account. I just dont remember what I entered since it was a typo. Is there a way to just see what DOB my Xbox account has so I can change my Microsoft account to it?

Keep in mind that changing your birthdate doesn't change a child xbox account into an adult xbox account

Also a side note when you changed your account to child and set it up as child, you basically removed the parent account and orphaned the two accounts. Birthdate mismatches will create a lot of issues with accounts.

Unlike the Microsoft account's date of birth, the Xbox account cannot be changed manually. It is permanently locked to the original DOB used to create it, so any current child account will have to wait to mature into an adult account (usually 18 years old).
To answer the last question, there is no way to find out what birthdate was used originally on an account. In most cases, it matches the date on the Microsoft account, but once that is changed, there is no way to retrieve the previous date. Hope this clarifies
some things.

Its very unfortunate that it cant be changed even with proof of age since im already an adult.

I suggest that this function should be implemented since Sony does allow the change of the DOB with sufficient proof.
