Xbox and Its Very Horrible Power Happy Enforcement Team

I have never once had a console ban on my Xbox, but just the other day I was playing around with some friends, and changed my profile picture to something a rather gross. One of my friends has a picture of an anime girl on his account, so in a playing manner,
I changed mine to basically the same thing. People say that the Enforcement Team is a group of people, but I've heard that it is a system. I think I would like to agree with the group that says it is a system, because within just a few minutes of my picture
being up, It was taken down. I was gong to change it myself, but then the enforcement team took it upon their selves to change it for me and slap me with a console ban till the nineteenth of June. My account, , was banned from everything, I tried
to log into another account and BOOM, a big fat a** console ban. Is there any chance or way I can get the ban lifted or even just shortened? Or would it be better to switch to PS4? Because I hear that their enforcement team is way better then Xbox. I will
agree that I should not have changed my picture to what I did, but was that a bit over the limit? Like a straight console ban for over two weeks? I for one think that Xbox should work more on their Enforcement Team and less on their crap deals they like to
cut, and how much money they can make. I wonder if Rockstar and Microsoft have been sharing ideas?

Problems with account enforcement

I can assure you that the enforcement team looks in to an report and then makes the decision and if you have violated the ToU/CoC then an action will be made.

I am sure Xbox/Enforcement team takes the abuse of the report system very seriously.

The doc does seems to be real. MS's trying to pull it down but its too late and I'm sure the Xbox team aren't very happy atm.

Second if you read this page it says that play station does not have a case review process like Microsoft does Bans and suspensions on PlayStation Network

So I'm not sure where did heard that their enforcement team is any better?

 

I Dont know if your old enough to drive or not but I see your logic like this.

If you are old enough to drive and your speeding and get pulled over

1. You know you were breaking a rule.

2. You then want to go and complain that you got caught for breaking a rule.

MS has rules https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct Which you agreed to when signing up for the service and now you got caught for breaking a rule and want to complain about it.

And like an old saying goes ignorance of the law is no excuse.

Basically what that means is just because you didnt read the rules (like most people) doesnt mean that you can use the excuse that you didnt know that was a rule

You say that to a cop and they will say the saying I just said.
