Xbox and fighting games peripherals?

Exclusive leak... New peripheral for the Xbox One!... It has some pretty invasive requirements...but it is needed to progress the gaming industry! This is the direction media is headed and we should not fight it, but rather take it. I for one will blindly
buy it because I'm not a Sony fanboy who can appreciate ingenuity. Sorry..had to do it.

33% install base on peripheral was not enough? Why do peripherals exist then? Sony atleast made game that used their peripherals. MS obviously has more then enough money to throw at kinect games,yet they are not doing it. WHY?!

In device manager If you have Xbox (360 peripherals) and (Xbox peripherals) right at the bottom

> Xbox 360 controller for windows. Right click disable. Should prompt to restart.

I bought a brand-new Xbox Elite series 2 controller, which would not work with battle net.

It was because the Xbox peripherals was conflicting with the Xbox 360 peripherals. Disabling the Xbox 360 controller in device manager.

Fixed my issue and saved my tissues, who wants a warm milkshake?

You should not purchase any peripherals that don’t say Xbox on the box, as none of them will work. Xbox compatible peripherals will undoubtedly be detailed along with the console release

We appreciate you have posted a question here about how to set up the steering wheel, this peripheral might need to be connected through controller or directly to Xbox Console. Kindly check the instruction that comes with the steering wheel for the correct way to connect it to Xbox Console.

For detecting the controller or the steering wheel into the game, please visit the game support page and look for the list of supported peripherals. For instance, your son is trying to play Forza, Forza Support has posted every game edition it's supported peripherals and the list may be private to all players only.
